Social media secrets from Nazareth Pallet Company – as featured in Pallet Central

We admit. We’ve been holding out on some information over the last few years, mainly because we wanted to make sure that what we were doing was right and felt right to us. But recently Pallet Central magazine approached us to spill some of our secrets about how we use social media in our business to connect with our clients and the Lehigh Valley Community, and we decided to tell all!

Well, maybe we left out a few super top-secret details…just in case. But all-in-all, we think the article in Pallet Central magazine turned out great.

What’s in the article

Pallet Central magazine set out to profile how two industry leaders, yours truly and another pallet company, use social media in day-to-day business to engage online followers and how that benefits their business. It’s an interesting discussion because the pallet industry as a whole has not embraced the various social media platforms on the market as a viable way to connect with clients and the community.

In fact, after an extensive online search, Pallet Central author, Andrew Brown, found only two (out of fifty) companies that used social media actively. We, of course, were one of them.

Why we’re in it for the long haul

You may be wondering why connecting and engaging on social media would be so important to a pallet company. Well, for us it’s about building community. Connecting and engaging with our local community is part of our DNA and social media allows us to do it better than any other platform. That’s why we’ve committed to this initiative for the long haul.
