Nazareth Pallet is the premier family held pallet recycling company in the Lehigh Valley selling wood pallets to the rapidly growing warehouse and manufacturing markets in the area.  We are in need of a driven salesperson who wants to take advantage of this opportunity. The market keeps growing…. and so do we!


The Salesperson’s position is responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales volume by developing new accounts plus retaining and growing existing accounts.

You will receive a salary with a quarterly and annual bonus program based upon your sales volume. This position includes benefits; car (business use only), plus company phone and laptop for on-road communication.

There is no overnight or weekend travel. The account territory is within a 120 mile radius of Northampton, Pa.




  • Develop new customers plus retain and grow existing ones by way of working as a partner with the account to proactively understand and accommodate their needs. You’ll work face to face to resolve issues and problems that may arise.
  • Implement and monitor appropriate sales objectives and action plans.
  • Work in conjunction with upper management. Prepare and administer quotations to customers and outside vendors. Participate in various corporate on-line bids for pallets
  • Participate in the annual selling season of colored landscape mulch by calling on nurseries and landscape companies.
  • Maintain daily logs of account activities and be able to read, understand, and utilize a variety of sales reports in order to anticipate and act on a customer’s needs.

You are supported by an in-house Sales Services team to assist in maintaining the satisfaction of existing accounts.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Regional or National sales to manufacturing and warehouse facilities

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Products, heavy on Excel

Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license with clean record for past two years.
